Product Declaration: Products for sale on this website include photographic prints in a range of sizes and delivery via standard post - Australia post. If you would like your order sent via courier or registered post please contact us directly.

Refund Policy: A full refund can be obtained prior to the photographer having begun to process the order. Once the order has been processed a full refund will not be given. If you need to change or cancel an order you MUST contact us within 2 hours of the order being sent to the photographer.

Damaged Prints: If you receive prints that have been damaged in the post please contact us. All our prints are appropriately packaged and should arrive to you in perfect condition. We cannot be held liable for damage through Australia post or a courier neglecting their care contract. We will however endeavour to help you to recoup the cost of losses from them.

Incorrect Orders: We aim to provide the correct prints with every order. in the rare event of an incorrect order being supplied we will compare the actual prints sent against the original order form. If we have accidentally supplied an incorrect print(s) we will correct the order at our cost. If the error is due to the purchaser recording the incorrect print number we will correct the order at 50% of the regular price. In the cases of incorrect prints we require that the incorrect prints be returned to us before we send out the corrected order.

Overcharging: If you feel that you have been incorrectly charged please contact our team immediately salessupport@ootango.com we will then recalculate your order and refund any incorrect charges immediately.

Delivery Times: guaranteed delivery times for each event may vary. Normally orders will be sent within 3 weeks of the photographer receiving the order. If you would like more information on the delivery times for your event please contact us. info@ootango.com
